  Friendly staff, promixity to shops and restayrants, close to Kelowna airport.

  We had a flight to catch and had to be at the airport by 4 a.m. We asked for a 3 a.m. wakeup call and it never came! Luckily we had also set our alarm.

  The hotel was very quiet. We had our dog with us on this trip and the room had a nice private patio with a lawn so the dog could get outside easily for a little run. The room was large and the mattress was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this hotel for our next visit.

  The only thing that was abit dissappointing was the complimentary breakfast at the ora restaurant. The buffet had cold pancakes and bacon and greasy sausages. The food seemed of inferior quality and we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast after 2 mornings.

  My apologies, I have typed this in the wrong box..... Terrible WIFI....never did achieve a connection in our room. Notified front desk, told they would look into it and call back.....we waited and waited, no one called back and, after checking again with front desk, apparently no one had looked into it. Consequently we missed our dinner plans and ended up eating at close to 9 pm. Eventually we were informed by the front desk that wifi doesn't work very well in the area of our room, couldn't say why. We would have appreciated knowing that in advance. Then my friend could have gotten her message out to her husband as promised by using your business centre. All in all, very disappointing and a waste of precious time on our only night there.

  Again, wrong box....sorry. Nice hotel, comfy room, very clean, quiet.

  If they offer a complimentary breakfast you might want to give it a pass. Pretty standard, uninspired fare. Dining room was absolutely jammed with visiting sports teams, their parents, friends and various hangers on. Given the price of the room a comp breakfast was due but all things considered we should have just checked out and found somewhere else to eat.

  We arrived in May long weekend after a long drive, the hotel staff were friendly and informed us of everything we needed to know. Being our first time in Kelowna we weren't sure how close to the marina we were, but luckily we had the car as you wouldn't want to walk it. The deluxe room was huge and although we knew we had noises neighbours we couldn't hear them through the walls which was great, still not sure why the room had 3 sinks but it entertained me none-the-less. The breakfast was nice and had variety (scrambled egg, bacon, pancakes, fruit, cerial, muffins) etc and the staff were friendly and attentive. One comment is the pool was a bit smaller than I thought it would be so we didn't bother but over all it was a great stay and we wish we stayed longer!

  The desk representatives arranged a disabled room for me. I requested same through "Booking" on line and noted on their confirmation my need for a disabled room. I provided a printout of my request to your desk staff. Their copy of the "Booking" request did not include this request. Your staff was very helpful.

  1) The first night room service provided me with fries and a pepsi. The fries has a funny looking 1/3" screw in it. By the time I got to the front desk a few days later to provide with the screw, I had lost it. 2) When the front desk downgraded our reservations they could not lower the cost because it was arranged through "Booking" I telephoned you when I returned home and spoke to the Manager. He contacted "Booking" and they reduced my daily rate. Thanks you for your help; but it took a lot to get it. 3) The TV remote works extremely slowly and most time had to go to the TV and use the buttons.

  No chemicals in room. Am allergic to air fresheners and chemical cleaners, fabric softeners. Found none in room. Excellent. Will use Best Western for that reason for sure.

  I loved the hot buffet. There's something magical about waking up to a freshly made omlette, hashbrowns and smiling staff.

  Over-priced compared to value offered incl.: Rooms with inflexible air-con system meaninng that you had to live either in freezing hurricane (air-con on) or in very hot room (air con off), Staff very unwilling to engage and service/rectify problems Breakfast (incl. in price) was poor and breakfast room/service was chaotic, dirty and poorly prepared with many services and staff unavailable at first 0.5-1 hr of break fast. Seemingly no proper management with the result of poor service and staff showing up late,
